Hi, I wanted to share my experience with the Anger is Beautiful workshop.

I was no stranger to the topic of anger, emotions, and feelings, and I had previously learned about them through YouTube and podcasts.

But I can say with confidence that this workshop put the puzzle pieces together beautifully and completed the picture. I highly recommend it to everyone. It is very valuable and useful for both personal growth and communication with those around you, as well as for parents.
For friends who are interested in participating, I think it is very good that they free up their time and attend the class during that hour, and on the other hand, try to live the exercises and attention mentioned in the class throughout their day, between the workshops, and afterwards.

I've been going to therapy for almost two years now. I'm also studying psychology topics that are relevant to me. During this time, I've become familiar with many concepts and I was a little skeptical about whether the workshop would be useful for me or not.

What I remember most about it was how it connected the things I had learned in isolation, in simple language. Something I didn't know was added to these islands, and it was as if a new path was formed for me to understand my emotions and, as a result, myself, especially anger.
I really liked the choice of material and the clever simplification of the workshop.
The execution, order, and thoughtfulness of it were also very satisfying.
I hope more people can benefit from it.

Even though I have been receiving therapy for years and am very satisfied, Dr. Azita Mohammad Karimi's explanations have shed light on the dark parts of me, and I realized that I have been suffering for a long time.

Again, I kept the anxiety in different parts of my body in the form of pain. Your team's cheerfulness, the good and safe atmosphere of the workshop, and their mastery and literacy made it very difficult for me to sit in online meetings for a long time and become restless. Now, with the camera on, I don't feel tired at all and learn a lot. And I am reminded again that the path of learning, growth, and change never stops and that one must remember that taking care of oneself is like taking care of a plant, always and continuously. Thank you for being so quality and loving. Everyone who takes a step for change, growth, and awareness of society is very valuable and respectful to me. May God bless you and keep you going.

Hello, regarding the Safe Parent course, the biggest impact it had on me was that first of all, I realized that instead of constantly analyzing children and putting different labels on them, parents should pay attention to themselves and their relationships with themselves (or their own parents) — and how much this can resolve so many problems on its own, right at the root.

I don't have any children myself right now, but it helped me a lot to find my own position towards my parents. I see where in my life I am really myself and where my inner parents are talking and making decisions...

And I hope that by constantly paying attention to this issue, I will create a safer world for myself and for the children I may have.
And finally, I am very grateful for all your beautiful and valuable efforts towards creating a safer world with safer parents 🥰❤️

The gardening section in the therapists' safe parent workshop was very useful and effective.
In this workshop, I learned that a gardener fulfills the needs of his plants by observing them, and how the presence of a gardener is effective in plant growth, and how to be a safe parent to a child.
I recommend this workshop for parents who are going to observe the child within themselves before their own child.
Dear parents who are concerned about meeting the needs of their child — this workshop is a good start to observing their own child and the child who is at home.
And how good it is to give themselves the experience of this pleasant moment.

The Attachment Parenting course was very effective for me. Not only did it give me new insights as a therapist and counselor, but it also gave me a new sense of self-awareness.

Self-awareness happened to me too — something that could bring me closer to self-compassion.
Another interesting thing was examining attachment from different perspectives; especially from a neurological perspective, it was very interesting for me.
