In the 2-session workshop Anger is Beautiful, we will re-understand anger from a scientific and analytical perspective; from its source and function in the body and psyche to how to express it correctly, without suppression or explosion.
In this workshop, you will learn:
Definition of emotions, their components and their function in the psyche (based on psychodynamics and Paul Ekman’s studies)
Definition of anger, understanding the feeling of anger and its physiological path
Examination of the evolutionary process of anger and its role in human life and maintaining survival
Causes of the feeling of anger
A review of the function of anxiety in the subject of anger
Separation of anger from violence, aggressive behaviors and the action of anger (based on psychodynamics)
Critique of common beliefs and convictions about anger and control-oriented approaches
What is the correct expression of anger?
This workshop is an opportunity for parents, therapists, educators, and anyone who wants to deal with anger in a more constructive and compassionate way.
With an interactive atmosphere, questions from participants will be answered, and additional resources will be provided.
